I believe that in this quote Christopher is just stating that life can be thought to be sought out but you never can really be one hundred percent sure what it really is. It is easy to understand that their is life because without it what would their be? Also Christopher is saying it is easy to understand the simplest of life but you can't get past that part. This can be connected to absurdism in the fact that we are here and making life what we can. When Christopher says life is like prime numbers, it is because prime numbers go on and on while life keeps going on and on. I mean think about it, this isn't the first life you lived in. Just a different body and mind. Christopher is right in this sence, in my opinion.
I have always been bad at math and prime numbers, but it is easier to use them to look at something philosophicley. Christopher was thinking outside the box when he stated this. It is a good way to connect two different things in an easy manner.
